We agree on the pickup and delivery dates before you book. Your load stays together on the truck, and the crew that collects it in Sydney unloads it on the Coast.

Collection before you leave
Let us know when the loading bay opens, where the crew can park and when you need to hand back the keys. Keep anything you’ll need overnight with you, including medication, chargers and your new keys.
Day 02 · Gold Coast
Delivery to your new address
We stay in touch about arrival. Tell us who will meet the truck, when they’ll have access and which rooms the larger pieces are going into. Labels on cartons help the crew put them in the right place.

What we check before quoting
The volume is a starting point. We also check how the crew will get your furniture between each front door and the truck.
- Sydney pickupAt an apartment, send the lift window, loading-bay clearance and which street the truck should enter from. At a terrace, a photo of the kerb and front steps is useful.
- Coast deliveryA high-rise in Broadbeach or Southport may have a separate goods entrance. For a house in Robina or Burleigh Heads, show us a sloping driveway, low branches or a long carry.
- Extra helpFlag a heavy dining table, a bed that needs dismantling, or boxes you’d like help packing. Those details let us allow for the work in your quote.

How long does the move from Sydney to the Gold Coast take?
We collect in Sydney on the agreed pickup day and deliver on the Gold Coast the next day. Give us both addresses and any fixed handover or lift times so we can confirm the arrangements for your dates.
Is this a shared load or a dedicated truck?
It’s a dedicated move. Your belongings travel together with the same crew, and we don’t add another customer’s furniture to your load.
What if one building only gives me a short loading window?
Tell us the time window, whether it’s for pickup or delivery, and how far the lift is from the loading bay. We’ll check it against the amount of furniture and the access before you book.
How much will my Sydney to Gold Coast move cost?
We quote for your load, dates, access at both ends and any packing or dismantling you need. Send photos or a room-by-room list so we can price your particular move.
Can I get an estimate before everything is packed?
Yes. Include the boxes, bags and tubs you expect to take and tell us about anything going into storage or staying behind. Send us an update if the list changes.
